Public governance bodies

1. Academic Council (Supreme Representative Body)

• Composition: Rector, deans, department heads, and elected representatives of the faculty and students.

• Role in quality: Approves the Quality Policy, makes decisions on the opening or closing of educational programs, and approves admission and graduation regulations.

2. Supervisory Board (Board of Trustees)

This is an external public oversight body.

• Composition: Representatives of businesses, ministries, alumni philanthropists, and public figures.

• Role in quality: Monitors financial transparency, helps adapt education to the needs of the labor market, and attracts investment.

3. Student Council (Student Self-Government)

Role in quality: Students participate in quality committees, monitor living conditions (dormitories, cafeterias), and forward student complaints about the educational process to the administration.

4. Ethics Committee

A body that monitors compliance with ethical standards.

• Role in quality: Consideration of conflicts between students and teaching staff, fight against plagiarism and bribery.
